While booking online can be convenient, working with a travel advisor offers a more personalized and seamless experience. Do you handle all of the bookings?
Yes! I can arrange nearly every aspect of your trip, including accommodations, flights, airport transfers, cruises, tours, excursions, transportation, and more. Every itinerary is thoughtfully planned based on your preferences, so all you have to do is enjoy the journey.
If there’s ever a reservation that needs to be made directly by you, I’ll guide you through the process and make it as simple as possible.
What happens after I submit my inquiry form?
Once you submit your inquiry, I’ll review your travel preferences and reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation. From there, I’ll begin designing a personalized itinerary tailored to your travel style, budget, and vision.
After you approve your proposal, I’ll handle the bookings, coordinate the details, and provide everything you need before departure—so you can look forward to your trip knowing every detail has been thoughtfully planned.
What can I expect when it comes to payment?
Your planning package is selected based on the length and complexity of your trip. The package fee serves as your planning deposit and is due before the planning process begins.
Every package includes personalized itinerary design, expert destination recommendations, booking management, travel coordination, and dedicated support before and during your trip. I’ll also search for the best available rates, exclusive partner perks whenever available, and added amenities—all while keeping your travel budget and priorities in mind.

Every Dream Day Co. planning package is designed to create a seamless, stress-free travel experience from start to finish. Your package includes personalized itinerary design, hotel and flight coordination, transportation planning, restaurant recommendations, curated excursions, travel guidance, and ongoing support before and during your trip.
Whenever available, I’ll also secure exclusive hotel perks, preferred rates, and added amenities through my trusted travel partner network—all while keeping your travel goals and budget at the center of every recommendation.
Do you only plan luxury vacations?
While I specialize in luxury, personalized travel experiences, I work with travelers of all kinds. Whether you’re planning a honeymoon, family vacation, couples’ getaway, group trip, solo adventure, or celebrating a special occasion, I’ll create a customized itinerary that fits your vision, preferences, and budget.
What if something doesn't go as planned during my trip?
Travel doesn’t always go exactly as planned, and that’s okay. If unexpected changes arise, such as flight delays, schedule changes, or other travel disruptions, I’ll be here to help you navigate them whenever possible.
Can you book my hotel without a planning package?
Yes! If you already know where you’re traveling and simply need help reserving your hotel or resort, I’m happy to assist with hotel-only bookings when eligible. There is no planning fee for hotel-only reservations. Please note that this service does not include custom itinerary design, destination research, personalized recommendations, activity planning, restaurant reservations, or transportation coordination. If you’re looking for a fully personalized travel experience, one of my planning packages will provide comprehensive support from start to finish.
